3. Professional Support Services

These services include personalized consultations, preparation of compliance documents, and submission assistance. Scheduling details and deliverables will be outlined in individual agreements.

4. Info-Materials

Digital guides, templates, and step-by-step manuals are available as one-time digital downloads or access passes.

5. Physical Items

Printed guides, forms, or kits will be delivered by courier to your address. Delivery times depend on location and shipping options.

6. Fees and Payment

All charges are stated in Singapore dollars. Payment is due upon confirmation of an order or engagement. We accept bank transfers and card transactions.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Professional Support Services

You may request a postponement or rescheduling of an appointment up to 48 hours before the agreed time. If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be issued within 7 business days. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session are non-refundable due to resource allocation. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a service credit toward a future engagement.

7.2 Info-Materials

Digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been downloaded. This policy is necessary to protect intellectual output. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days to receive a replacement file or alternative access link.

7.3 Physical Items

Unused and unopened items may be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund of the purchase cost within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not refunded. Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for a refund.

8. Amendments

We may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on mindtaxa.link and take effect upon publication. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to direct charges paid for the specific service or item in question. We are not liable for indirect outcomes or third-party actions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
